Mr. Neat is a gentleman who brings a fun show for children. He has a funny walk, acts a bit crazy, is terribly clumsy and seems to not understand what the show is all about. Eventually he ‘gets it’ and becomes very excited about cleaning up clutter.
Enthusiastic about cleaning up, avoiding rubbish and recycling waste, he decides to ‘call the mayor’, presenting his idea to make the neighbourhood clean and litter free. His idea turns out to be just what the neighbourhood needs. He then introduces and demonstrates his idea and gets everyone around him excited. Eventually, the whole neighbourhood gets excited and involved.
